GENX is Open To Keep You Up and Running at Home

GENX offers free technical support for businesses with employees working at home. Your business qualifies if you:

  1. Are operating before March 15, 2020 as a commercial, charitable or non-profit entity.
  2. Have five or more employees.
  3. Have one or more employees working at home because of physical distancing measures.

Free technical support includes:

  1. Telephone, email or online support.
  2. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
  3. Assistance to enable a remote working environment.
  4. Resolve technical issues caused by a remote working environment.
  5. This offer is effective immediately and until May 15, 2020 but can be withdrawn at any time without notice.

To access free support, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in and submit the form below.
  2. You will receive a claim code by email.
  3. Call 416-920-3000 Option 2 or email support@genx.ca for support.
  4. We will ask you for the claim code for verification purpose.
