GENX is Open To Keep You Up and Running at Home
GENX offers free technical support for businesses with employees working at home. Your business qualifies if you:
- Are operating before March 15, 2020 as a commercial, charitable or non-profit entity.
- Have five or more employees.
- Have one or more employees working at home because of physical distancing measures.
Free technical support includes:
- Telephone, email or online support.
- Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
- Assistance to enable a remote working environment.
- Resolve technical issues caused by a remote working environment.
- This offer is effective immediately and until May 15, 2020 but can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
To access free support, follow these steps:
- Fill in and submit the form below.
- You will receive a claim code by email.
- Call 416-920-3000 Option 2 or email support@genx.ca for support.
- We will ask you for the claim code for verification purpose.
